Order Processing
After you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email confirming we've received your purchase.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we'll contact you promptly with an update and available options.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

International Orders:
Please note our products are designed primarily for the United States market and generally require a 110V electrical system to operate properly.
Products sold by Prepared Home are certified to applicable United States standards. Customers ordering internationally are responsible for confirming compatibility with local electrical requirements and regulations.
We are happy to provide shipping quotes for international customers. Due to varying product sizes and freight requirements, international shipping costs are calculated upon request.
If you approve the shipping quote, we will prepare your order and provide secure payment options to complete your purchase.
Damaged Shipments
