If you find an identical, in-stock product advertised for less by an authorized U.S. retailer, contact us before placing your order. If the offer qualifies under the terms below, we'll match the eligible competitor price.
How to Request a Price Match
Contact Prepared Home and provide a link to the competitor's publicly available product listing. Our team will verify the product, retailer, availability and total advertised price before approving the price match.
Price match requests must be submitted and approved before your Prepared Home order is placed.
Price Match Requirements
To qualify for a price match:

The product must be identical, including the brand, model, specifications and configuration.

The product must be new and currently in stock at both Prepared Home and the competing retailer.

The competing retailer must be an authorized U.S. retailer of the applicable brand.

The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and available for verification at the time of the request.

The comparison will be based on the total eligible purchase price, including applicable shipping or other mandatory charges.

The competitor must be able to fulfill and ship the product to the customer's delivery address.
Offers That May Not Qualify
Price matching does not apply to marketplace or third-party sellers, auction sites, liquidation or closeout sales, used, refurbished or open-box products, pricing errors, membership-only pricing, financing offers, bundled promotional offers, gift cards, rebates or other offers that cannot be reasonably matched on an equivalent basis.
Limited-time manufacturer promotions or coupon offers may be eligible when they are publicly available, verifiable and applicable to an otherwise qualifying product.
Additional Terms
Price matches are subject to verification and approval by Prepared Home. Manufacturer pricing policies, including Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements, may limit our ability to match certain advertised prices.
Prepared Home reserves the right to decline a price match when the competing offer cannot be verified, does not meet the requirements above or would conflict with applicable manufacturer pricing requirements.
Price matches cannot be combined with other Prepared Home discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
