30-Day Returns
If you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at support@preparedhomeco.com with your order number. Our team will provide detailed instructions to help process your return quickly and smoothly.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returned items must arrive back in like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
What “Like-New Condition” Means
Returned products must show no visible signs of wear, use, damage, or modification.
Items returned with damage, missing components, or signs of use may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible:
- Note any visible damage when signing for delivery.
- Email photos of the damage to support@preparedhomeco.com on the day of delivery whenever possible.
Prepared Home will cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Please retain all original packaging materials for any damaged product claims or returns.
All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being sent back.
We are committed to making sure you receive the correct product in proper working condition as quickly as possible.
Please note that products damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or use after delivery may not be eligible for refund unless covered under a manufacturer warranty.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after shipment will fall under our standard 30-Day Return Policy and may be subject to return shipping costs.
